This website presents the automation and integration services of Daniel Parsons, who runs the business as:

Information you send

You can contact me by email, through the website chat, or through a form on this site when one is offered. I receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, and any company or project details. I use these details to reply to your inquiry, assess the project, and arrange a conversation. Contacting me does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The website chat may be answered by Maya, my AI assistant, and chat conversations are kept with your contact record so I can follow up.

When a newsletter signup or resource download is offered, it collects your email address and the details shown, to send what you asked for. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential customer records by any of these routes.

Text messaging (SMS)

• If you give me your mobile number and agree to receive texts, I collect that number, your answer, and the messages we exchange so I can reply to your inquiry and follow up about your project. You can agree by saying yes when Maya, my AI assistant, asks in the website chat whether we may text you; by ticking a text message consent box in the website chat or another opt-in on this site; or by saying yes when my AI phone assistant asks on a call to 334-539-0331.
• Messages may include replies to your inquiry, booking confirmations and appointment reminders, a follow-up after a call, a written summary of your call, project updates, and occasional information about my services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email daniel@thatsautomated.com.

Phone calls

• Calls to 334-539-0331 are answered by an AI phone assistant, which tells you at the start of the call that it is an AI and that the call is recorded.
• I keep the call recording, a transcript, a written summary of the call, and the details you give, such as your name, phone number, email address, business details, and whether you agreed to receive texts.
• I use this information to answer your questions, book or confirm a call with you, follow up about your inquiry, and check that the assistant is working properly. It is not shared with third parties for marketing.
• Calls, recordings, and transcripts are handled by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel). To ask about or delete a recording, email daniel@thatsautomated.com.

Website operation and service providers

Hosting systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and errors. Forms on this site, when offered, use IP-based rate limits to reduce abuse. Information submitted through the website may be processed by hosting, workflow automation, and email providers used to deliver your request. The website chat and text messages are handled by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel). When forms are offered, the website supports n8n for form delivery and Mailchimp or Kit for newsletter delivery, depending on which service is enabled.

The workflow demonstration runs in your browser using scripted examples. Text entered into that demonstration is not sent to an AI service or submitted as a contact inquiry.

Cookies and optional tracking

Your cookie preferences are stored in your browser. When enabled on the website, Google Analytics and Plausible measure visits and interactions only after you allow analytics. When enabled, Meta Pixel measures advertising interactions only after you allow marketing tracking. These services may receive information about your browser, pages visited, and actions on the site.

The chat widget is provided by a third-party service, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel). It is necessary for the chat feature to work, so it loads for every visitor regardless of the choices below, and it may store data in your browser to keep a conversation connected.

You can decline optional tracking or change your choice below. Your browser settings also let you remove cookies and stored site data.

Your choices and questions

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter, reply STOP to a text message, or contact me to stop receiving either. To ask about information associated with your inquiry, or request a correction or deletion, email daniel@thatsautomated.com. Please identify the email address you used, without sending identity documents in your initial message.

Information associated with an active project may also form part of project correspondence and business records. Contact me for details about those records and their retention. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
