Do I need to know which service I need?

No. Describe the problem in your own words. We’ll work out whether the AI receptionist fits, or whether it needs a custom automation, an integration, or a simpler process change.

Does sending a message book an appointment?

No. I’ll reply, and we’ll agree on a time if a call makes sense.

Is the AI receptionist priced differently from custom projects?

Yes. The receptionist is a managed monthly service. Custom automation projects are scoped and priced individually, with a fixed price for defined work.

What happens after a custom project launches?

Documentation and handover are part of the build. Ongoing monitoring and support can be scoped separately.
